Glamour for a good cause at Acron Waterfront Resort

Acron Waterfront Resort proudly hosted the LIV-ING Beating Cancer Fundraising event in association with Couture, on 21st Feb with the theme of event being all about giving!

Being staunch supporters of the betterment of medical welfare to those in need, the evening was focused on raising financial and moral support for children living with cancer, which we were successful in doing so thanks to all the like minded, kind hearted and generous individuals that attended. Inaugurating the event was Actress, politician and one who is fighting cancer herself, Nafisa Ali lent a few words of courage, support and thanks, alongside Pooja Bedi and Jackie Shroff, to the crowd to continue contributing to the good cause.

The motto for the night was food, fashion and fundraising and it truly did turn out to be QUITE a spectacle, with the women of the Madame Soldier Fashion show from different walks of life, strutting their stuff down the walkway showcasing not only the fabulous clothing and apparel but also the strong support we have for a wonderful cause.
